The Sustainable City

The Sustainable City – Yas Island is Abu Dhabi’s premier eco-smart community, developed by Aldar Properties and Diamond Developers. This netzero energy project features 864 sustainable homes, including 1–3 bedroom condominiums and 3–4 bedroom townhouses. The community is divided into 10 car-free clusters, connected by a lush central green spine and pedestrian walkways.
